Refund & Correction Policy

Every purchased image includes exactly one correction. After the corrected result succeeds, that image slot is permanently locked and no additional image generation is allowed.

A technical failure may receive a strictly limited retry, with no more than three paid-generation calls allowed per purchased image slot. After the correction is used, contact us so we can review the photo for refund eligibility. Duplicate charges will be refunded.
