Refund & Correction Policy

If a delivered result contains a visible rendering, structure, scale, lighting, or selected-style error, report the issue from Results. The Real Set may create one automated correction while keeping the original result available. Requests for extra style alternatives are not treated as quality corrections.

If processing fails and The Real Set cannot deliver the purchased image, contact support for reprocessing or a refund review. Completed custom digital work is generally not refundable solely because of a subjective style preference. Duplicate charges and exceptional service failures are reviewed individually.
