The Real Set uses OpenAI image models to add movable furnishings and decor to property photographs. Customers may request clean files, labeled files, or both. Labeled files display “VIRTUALLY STAGED” in the lower-left corner.

Never present virtual staging as a guarantee of the property’s physical condition. Keep the source image available, disclose virtual staging where required, and verify the rules of the relevant MLS, advertising platform, jurisdiction, and professional association before publishing.
